Ramblings of an American Madman - Just another Day - just another day in the life of the guy standing out in front of the mall cheese and wine store trying to hand out samples of some funky cheese cubes with toothpicks awkwardly jabbed into them - never mind that this guy has no concept of safe food handling practices, hell he can barely grasp the idea of toilet paper and it's uses let alone hand washing or for that matter washing and bathing at all - you would think the shop manager would understand that this person represents everything about your goods and personnel so at least pick someone that is not having a raging lip herpes outbreak to hand out food - but that is just me and maybe I put too much thought into small aspects of unimportant business practices - did you know a mixture of cottage cheese and salsa can be used as a last minute dip for unexpected guests, of course using low fat small curd cottage cheese, of course - where do birds go when you don't see them - think of that next time someone offers you a free sample of cheese at the mall - rock on!
Started the day as usual - issues with sleep again - tired but only sleeping a few hours at a time - mind is grinding - maybe someone should lay off the caffeine at 11:30 at night - but not this morning - dosing myself with premium blend high octane quantities of my second favorite thing - highly unusual to be spitting out rhymes first thing in the morning - that might have something to do with the difference in the tone of voice used - let me know if you can tell the difference - a bit like winter still, might have something to do with the time of year, but at least it appears to be headed toward other parts of the year that are a little more appealing - although there is something to be said about having distinct seasons, just not too sure what to say, ok ok I get the point.
Too early in this day to have watched or heard any news - maybe I will boycott any news today - that might be cool if we all boycotted any news today - anytime the news comes on the radio or TV just shut it off - if someone tries to tell you news just tell them you are not listening to news today - think of what impact that would have, if all 20 or 30 thousand people that read this blog would not listen to news today and each of those people tell all your friends not to pay any attention to news - just close yours eyes, cover your ears and block out your mind to all news today - it could be millions of people uninformed of anything new today - wow, just shivered a little there.
Finally heard from Big Larry, he had a good holiday, spent time with family somewhere in an isolated town in rural Idaho or Oregon, he was a little vague on the location, seems some family members don't want to be found so nothing is discussed of whereabouts, something to do with federal law enforcement and the mail, don't know any details - seems Hambone has had some health issues lately, claims it was some bad chocolate covered cherries, he found a lawyer to handle it - almost never a dull moment, almost never.
If you had an opportunity to meet one person past or present who would that be? No, I guess it doesn't matter if they are a real person or not.
